ā The engraving is incorrect due to our mistake.
ā The product is not as described on our website.
Unfortunately, since personalized gifts are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
ā Change of mind after purchase.
ā Incorrect engraving due to customer error.
ā Normal use and demage over time.
How to Request a Refund

3ļøā£ Weāll review your request and process your refund within 3Ā business days if eligible.
